Job summary

Shamrock Nation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Roofing & Storm Restoration in a commission-based, full-time role in Missouri. You will generate and close roofing opportunities, coordinate inspections, attend adjuster meetings, and guide color selections while the production team handles installation.

Industry experience in roofing or restoration and a valid driver's license are preferred. Company provides leads and pays 20% commission on company leads and 30% on self-generated

Qualifications

Self-motivated closer and comfortable generating your own business as well as working handed leads.
Strong face-to-face communicator able to represent Shamrock Nation at meetings and color selections.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Prior roofing, restoration, or door-to-door sales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Generate the opportunity — work company-provided leads and/or door-knock to build your own pipeline.
Inspection — order the measurement report and document the roof, including full CYA photos (attic included).
Adjuster meeting — attend the insurance adjuster meeting on-site.
Color pick & first check — walk the homeowner through material/color selections and collect the first payment.
