Job summary

Royalty Roofing is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee roofing crews on active jobsites in North Canton, OH. You will lead daily tasks, ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety policies, and maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout projects.

This role requires 1–2+ years in roofing or construction supervision, truck and trailer driving experience, and a valid driver's license. Expect 6:00 AM–4:00 PM schedules with potential longer days based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of roofing, construction, or site supervision experience
• Experience driving a truck and trailer is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge of roofing installation, materials, and jobsite practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on active jobsites.
• Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor roofing installations for quality, workmanship, and proper procedures.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite.
• Inspect work and address quality issues as needed.
• Oversee jobsite cleanup and removal of debris.
• Ensure property is left clean, safe, and hazard-free.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide project updates.
• Address customer questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate truck and trailer to transport materials and equipment.
• Work extended hours when needed to complete projects.
