Job summary

Resnick Roofing & Contracting is seeking an administrative assistant to deliver an exceptional customer experience for roofing, siding, and solar projects in the Pittsburgh area. You will handle calls, emails, and walk-ins, manage schedules, assist with marketing and social media, and support accounts receivable and office operations.

Requirements include strong communication, multitasking, knowledge of MS Office and social platforms, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an exceptional experience for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Qualify prospects using needs assessments and upfront contracts.
• Manage outgoing communication for online lead requests across platforms.
• Maintain KPI sales tracking sheets and docs in GSuite.
• Assist accounts receivable activities including collections and invoicing.
• Support inventory, office supplies, and social media content creation.
• Assist with website updates and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all prospective Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) customers via incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers from start to finish
• Qualify RRC prospects on phone utilizing proper needs assessment techniques and upfront contracts
• Manage and maintain all outgoing communication relative to online lead requests via Angie’s List, Facebook, and Podium, etc.
• Maintain all RRC KPI sales tracking sheets and docs through GSuite daily
• Assist in all the RRC accounts receivable activities daily, e.g., collections, payment processing, invoicing, etc.
• Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies
• Maintain all platforms of social media including creative content generation which is required on a weekly basis
• Assist in the maintenance of minor changes to RRC website
• Assist in team event building and planning
• Assist with various administrative tasks
• Manage phone systems and answering service software
• Assist with various marketing initiatives e.g., creative, digital, print, etc.

Experience Requirements

• Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
• Self-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhere
• Ability to speak articulately
• Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree preferred
