Crown Capital Mgmt LLC is seeking a dependable Roofing Service Technician in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing leaks, carrying out service repairs, and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial and residential roofing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work safely at heights and in Florida weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.
- Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on roofing systems.
- Troubleshoot and identify the source of roof leaks and other roofing problems.
- Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time.
- Assist with emergency service calls when needed.
