Job summary

The Crown Capital Mgmt LLC team in Sarasota/Bradenton is seeking a dependable Roof Service Technician for a full-time role in the Sarasota, FL area. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing systems on commercial and residential properties, perform preventive maintenance, and address leaks and storm damage.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and able to troubleshoot roofing issues while maintaining high workmanship.

Qualifications

• Roofing experience preferred; roofing service and repair experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of common commercial and residential roofing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in our drug-free workplace program.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on commercial and residential roofing systems.

• Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Assist with emergency service calls when needed.
