Music City Roofers is currently seeking an experienced roofing technician who knows what it takes to get the job done. The successful candidate will report to the Production/Service Manager being responsible for but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Possess the physical ability to safely ascend/descend ladder, up to 40ft
• Ability to lift 80lbs
• Accurately communicate job requirements to Manger and customers
• Knowledgeable of the scope of work required to make necessary repairs
• Maintain self, vehicle, and equipment in a clean and professional manner
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times
• Promote additional products for purchase

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum roofing experience
• Valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Positive/Solution based approach to challenges
• Comfortable with heights
• Physical fitness is required to perform the job safely and successfully
• Be available for overtime and on-call work as needed
