We are looking for Service Helper Roofer to perform roof repairs on commercial flat roofing projects.

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the nation, ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofing, renovations of existing building exteriors, and ongoing roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.

Purpose: Hands-on, customer-focused, able to survey existing roof conditions, investigate and diagnose leaks, provide accurate cost estimates for small scope repair work, and make warranted roof repairs on various types of commercial roof systems as required.

Duties:

• Assist with routine roof inspections, maintain manufacturer warranties, and perform leak repairs on commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Assist with repairs and small scope construction on Single Ply's EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, and Modified Roof Systems.
• Assist with a wide range of metal roofing repairs, including flashing, wall panels, fascia, and soffit.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Service Foreman to complete all assigned jobs, primarily repairs and inspections, with some tear-off, smaller installation, and other tasks as assigned.
• Be prepared to learn all aspects of jobs assigned by the foreman or lead man for successful completion.
• Be a quick learner.
• Be hard-working and punctual.
• Enjoy working outdoors and with tools.
• Previous construction experience is not required.
• Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, and others.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to travel out of state as needed.
• Collaborate with the team for the benefit of all.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required).
