What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct trim-out of homes at customer sites, including interior drywall finish and tune-up of ceramic tile, doors and trim, cabinetry, and function testing of the home
2. Repair and/or install plumbing, electrical, and flooring
3. Conduct final inspection with customers, identifying any additional repairs
4. Safely and effectively operate a company fleet van and/or box truck primarily in the West Coast service area
5. Maintain accurate records and logs

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. Must hold a valid Driver License and maintain an acceptable driving record (verified Department of Transportation)
3. Must successfully pass pre-employment physical, background verification, and drug screen
4. At least one year of construction experience, such as repair and installation of framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and drywall, is preferred
5. At least one year of experience operating a van and/or box truck is preferred
6. Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
7. Demonstrable ability to effectively prioritize, plan, organize, and manage tasks
8. Demonstrable ability to exhibit patience and empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 0-2 years of experience in the construction and home services industry
2. Familiarity with warranty issues and defect identification
