As a Service Technician for WxTite, you will be able to:

1. Conduct roof-related repairs based on scope of work as determined by market area managers
2. Repairs typically involve replacing shingles, flashings, accessories
3. Identify, document, and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
4. Make emergency repairs when needed to satisfy customer needs
5. Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, crews, and inter-office personnel
6. Be adaptable to constantly changing environments and workplaces
7. Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-site data entry, work orders, timesheets

Our ideal Roofing Service Technician candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on commercial/residential roof systems
• Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs and installations
• Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Valid driver’s license

6. Ser adaptable a entornos y lugares de trabajo en constante cambio
7. Completar la documentación diaria requerida, como entrada de datos en el sitio, órdenes de trabajo, hojas de horas

Nuestro candidato ideal tendrá:

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en sistemas de techos comerciales y residenciales
• Capacidad física para manejar todos los aspectos de reparaciones e instalaciones de techos
• Seguir los estándares OSHA y otras normas de seguridad y cumplimiento de la industria
• Certificación OSHA 10 (preferida)
• Buenas habilidades informáticas
• Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
• Licencia de conducir válida
