We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Williston, VT.

Position Summary

You will investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, and low slope metal. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring top craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles)
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interactions with customers
• Complete paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training crew members

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Technology savvy

Working Conditions

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature
• Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Local travel up to 1 hour away
