Schoenherr Roofing is seeking a Repair Manager to lead the service department, ensuring top-quality workmanship and driving growth within the technician and quality control teams. This role combines field leadership with operational oversight, including fleet and IT asset management, to support technicians and the company.

The Repair Manager will oversee the service operations, manage scheduling, and maintain high customer satisfaction while scaling the team and improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Roofing, siding and construction experience.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly.
• Exceptional follow up and follow through skills.
• Able to climb ladders, access attics and walk roofs.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Able to lift, carry and set up a ladder (50 lbs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of tools and various software systems.
• Ability to work across teams to schedule and complete projects on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and manage the service technician team for warranty and roofing repairs.
• Oversee repair tracking, billing, and reporting to ensure profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of communication with customers throughout the service lifecycle.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workmanship standards and conduct post-job inspections.
• Coach technicians to improve skills, efficiency, and customer service.
• Build, train, and scale a dedicated team to support department growth.
