Job summary

CE Reeve, a Tecta America Company in Indianapolis, is seeking a Service Technician Foreman to lead service crews and oversee roofing service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will supervise daily service calls, diagnose issues, coordinate materials, and maintain safety and quality standards while communicating with customers and project managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial roofing/service with leadership experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls
• Diagnose complex roofing issues and perform repairs
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff
• Train and mentor service team members
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
