Job summary

CentiMark Corporation invites an experienced Roofing Service Foreman to lead on-site roofing operations in the Richmond area. You will diagnose leaks, perform repairs on various roof systems, and manage small repair projects and maintenance tasks.

Qualified candidates have at least two years in commercial roofing, knowledge of multiple roof systems, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work overtime and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and Metal Roof Repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and perform repairs on all roof types.
• Handle small repair jobs and routine roof maintenance.
• Oversee paperwork, timesheets and ensure CentiMark Safety policies are followed.

Job Summary

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs
• Small repair jobs and roof maintenance
• Responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety policies are being followed

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25ft.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
