Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for the greater Jessup, MD area. The role involves diagnosing commercial roof leaks and leading maintenance and small repair jobs, with responsibility for paperwork and time sheets while upholding CentiMark Safety Policies.

Requirements include a minimum of two years in commercial roofing, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet, and willingness to travel for overtime or out-of-town

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod Bitumen and metal roof repairs.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays, out-of-town travel and overtime as needed.

Job Summary:

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks & make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
