Job summary

SmartRoof, Inc. is seeking a field-based roofing sales professional. You'll meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process to save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.

In Year 1 you can expect 70k–100k+, with Year 2 100k–200k+ achievable through base pay, monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions. We provide training, weekly coaching, mentorship, and growth into leadership roles as you excel.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus— not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
