Job summary

SmartRoof, Inc. is seeking a field-based roofing sales professional who will meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide clients through the insurance restoration process. You’ll deliver a consultative experience from first contact to close in all seasons.

Training and support are provided, with clear career progression from entry-level to leadership roles as you grow your sales figures through uncapped commissions and paid training.

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Competitive, coachable and self-driven mindset is essential.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics or military is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage (wind/ hail).
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
