Qualifications

• Energetic, coachable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in outdoor settings.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics or military is a plus—not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
