SmartRoof is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role. This isn’t just an entry-level job—it’s the start of a career in roofing sales, with training and support to help you succeed.

You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide them through the insurance restoration process, helping save up to 95% on a full roof replacement. Year 1 earnings range $70,000–$100,000+ with significant growth in Year 2 to $100,000–$200,000+.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welcomed; training provided to succeed.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
