Right & Precise Roofing & Siding is seeking a Roofing Sales Trainee to canvass and generate qualified roofing appointments. You will learn the business and sales process with a clear path to become a Roofing Sales Representative.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, hourly base plus bonuses, and first four weeks guaranteed at $500 per week. Full-time W-2 position with health/dental benefits after 90 days and paid training.

Right & Precise Roofing & Siding is a growing, locally owned company looking for driven, outgoing, competitive people who want to build a career in residential sales.

This is NOT a dead-end canvassing job. You’ll start by generating qualified roofing appointments, learn the business and sales process, and have a clear path to advance into a Roofing Sales Representative role.
