Job summary

Archline is seeking a driven roofing sales professional to prospect, build a local network, inspect, quote, and sell residential and commercial roof replacements and repairs in the greater Columbia, SC area.

The role targets meeting monthly sales and activity standards with a focus on both self-generated and company-provided leads. A company truck is provided along with commission incentives; salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; college degree a plus.
• 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Residential or commercial construction experience a plus, but not necessary.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales target for roof replacement and repairs.
• Adhere to all company core values, policies and sales processes.
• Maintain adequate pipeline of self-generated and company-provided opportunities.
• Ensure sales accuracy of CRM data for roof replacements, repairs and trades.

Job description

Follow the Premiere Roofing sales process to prospect, build your network, inspect, quote and sell residential and commercial roof replacements, repairs and additional trades in the greater Columbia, SC area. Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity standards for both self-generated and company provided leads. Build your local network by calling on key stakeholders. Attend weekly meetings and training sessions, provide data, identify key issues, and recommend solutions. Salary commensurate with experience; commission incentives and company truck provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/ G.E.D, college degree a plus
• 5 years of sales experience (preferred)
• Residential or commercial construction experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Mathematical and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM)
• Driver's license and clean driving record

• Achieve monthly sales target for roof replacement and repairs
