Job Summary:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales in the residential sector. You will work closely with homeowners to provide expert guidance on roofing solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting and communicating with prospective customers and must have the desire to win the trust of our customers to deliver them the right roofing system for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
2. Conduct thorough roofing inspections to assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates.
3. Enthusiastically present our roofing options, including materials, designs, and pricing, to prospective customers.
4. Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales manager, project managers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our real value in the marketplace.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as needed to promote the company’s services and build a professional network.
9. Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting achieved goals and future opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Strong drive for continuous improvement through on-the-job training and self-study.
2. Growing understanding of roofing products, applications, and installation processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Cell phone, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Education:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
