ScaleHouse Talent is hiring a motivated Outside Sales Representative in Lombard, IL to engage homeowners and close high-value exterior restoration projects. You will perform roof inspections, present restoration solutions, and manage a route with daily follow-ups, aiming to achieve strong close rates.

This role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel locally is required, with ongoing training and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally).
• Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders.
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
