Job summary

AMP Roofing is seeking a driven sales professional to educate homeowners about the insurance process and close roof replacement sales door to door. You will be trained thoroughly and move through a full discovery-to-close cycle, coordinating with operations on inspections and handoffs.

Expect uncapped commissions with strong earning potential, on-the-ground training, and clear pathways for advancement. Daily field work in Austin, Texas, with performance-based progression toward leadership roles.

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$80K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Honest, Coachable, Hungry, Clean cut with sales experience and the desire to be the best
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
