Job summary

Waddle Exteriors is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to build a career selling residential exterior solutions across Central Iowa. You will meet homeowners, assess roofing and exterior needs, explain options clearly, and guide customers through the sales process, building a robust pipeline and closing opportunities in a dynamic field-based role.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated by goals, performance and earning potential.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Resilient when a customer says no or a deal doesn't close.
• Able to work independently and stay accountable without constant supervision.
• Sales experience preferred; roofing, exterior remodeling, restoration or in-home sales is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners throughout Central Iowa.
• Learn to identify roofing and exterior remodeling needs.
• Explain options clearly and help customers make confident decisions.
• Build your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking and local relationships.
• Follow up consistently with customers and opportunities.
• Manage your sales activity and stay accountable to production goals.
• Partner with production and operations teams after the sale.
• Represent Waddle professionally in customers' homes and communities.
