You will generate leads, inspect roofs, educate homeowners, close contracts, and manage each project from start to finish. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with door-to-door outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver''s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales as a core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; ladders and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access to a cell phone and strong communication to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding; educate homeowners on options.
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payments and manage each project from contract to completion.
• Maintain safe work practices and reliable transportation.
