Panda Exteriors is a $70M+ premier roofing and exterior restoration company serving the Mid-Atlantic. We’re growing rapidly and looking for competitive, self-motivated sales professionals to join our winning team.

This role is outdoors, not a desk job. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs, generate opportunities, educate on solutions, build trust, and close sales with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, or similar).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to carry ladders up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs as needed.
• Comfortable using CRM software, iPads and mobile technology.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
• Generate opportunities while following company-provided leads.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• Build trust, solve problems and close sales.
• Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Use CRM, iPad and mobile tools to manage pipeline and communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection to contract.
