Panda Exteriors is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our high-energy, outdoors-focused team. You’ll inspect roofs, educate homeowners, and close deals with an uncapped commission structure that rewards effort and results.

Located in the Mid-Atlantic region, we back you with training, marketing support, a company truck and tools to build a six-figure career. Top performers earn $200,000+ per year through a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, construction, or similar industries)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely carry ladders weighing up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs
• Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions
• Close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through signed contract
• Use company technology to manage your pipeline and customer communication
