Job summary

Mighty Dog Roofing, LLC is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to build relationships, close deals, and help homeowners protect their homes. This position offers uncapped earning potential and a clear path for growth with a nationally recognized roofing company.

We'll provide training and support; during training you'll be paid, and afterward compensation shifts to base salary plus commission. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Sales experience preferred; roofing/construction/home improvement a plus
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting properties
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration process
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Meet with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim approvals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout sales and project process
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Track activities, opportunities, and sales in our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
