Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Warwick, RI to drive in-home appointments and build a rewarding career in home improvement sales. You’ll join a growing team with pre-qualified appointments, comprehensive training, and uncapped commissions.

Expect a base plus commission during ramp-up and ongoing opportunities for advancement. The role offers a strong earning potential with a 125k–250k annual range, paid training, and full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Self-disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient with laptops, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
