Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to drive in-home appointments and build a high-earning career in residential roofing and exterior remodeling. You’ll join a growing team that emphasizes integrity, customer service, and professional growth.

The role features paid training, uncapped commissions, company-provided appointments, and a clear path for advancement in a W-2 position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 5 day work week including Saturdays.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday appointments at 10am, 2pm, 6pm; Saturdays at 10am and 2pm.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
