Job summary

Vault Roofing in Hartford, CT is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to lead residential roofing and exterior remodeling sales. You will work with homeowners on pre-scheduled in-home appointments, present roofing solutions to close deals, and enjoy a no cold calling environment.

We provide paid training, company-provided appointments, advancement opportunities, and ongoing coaching. Earn uncapped commissions as a W-2 employee with benefits, with first-year potential reaching six figures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Self-discipline and motivation to earn via commissions.
• Comfort with laptops, tablets, and smartphones for sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with our sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
