Job summary

Vault Roofing is hiring motivated individuals to build a rewarding career in roofing and home improvement sales. You will conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments each week, earn commissions, and participate in a comprehensive two-week training program.

We offer UNCAPPED commissions, a base salary plus commission for the first six months, and a clear path for advancement with a W-2 position, benefits, and paid time off. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
