Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking motivated sales professionals to grow with us in residential roofing and exterior remodeling. You will work within a training-supported team to book and attend in-home appointments, drive revenue through uncapped commissions, and advance through performance-based opportunities.

First-year earnings potential ranges from $125,000 to $250,000+ with a base salary, commissions, and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday; Saturdays are mandatory.
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Is coachable and eager to learn.
• Self disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
