Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work five days (Mon-Sat) with Sat mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly.
• Earn double commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with our sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Support leadership-assigned tasks as needed.
