Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement sales, solar sales, HVAC sales, automotive sales, or other commission-based sales.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Ability to manage a schedule of appointments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales consultations.
• Present roofing solutions and explain project scope.
• Close pre-qualified appointments and move projects toward closing.
• Follow up with homeowners to move projects toward closing.
• Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Generate referrals and additional opportunities.
