Job summary

Division 1 is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in Columbus, OH. You’ll work directly with homeowners to assess roofing needs, present solutions, and guide them to the right products and services.

This is a high-income, performance-based role with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn a company truck. You’ll build a strong sales pipeline, meet with homeowners, prepare estimates, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry Level.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and generate new retail roofing business.
• Develop relationships and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend solutions.
• Present roofing products, services, and options.
• Prepare estimates and proposals and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain lead, customer, and sales data in CRM.
• Coordinate with project managers for a smooth customer experience.
• Aim to exceed individual sales goals.
