ScaleHouse Talent is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for home exterior projects, including roofing, siding, and storm restoration, in the Columbus area. You will inspect properties, engage homeowners, and close high-value projects with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations.
• Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work.
• Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates.
• Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-up effectively.
