Home Run Roofing is seeking a Project Estimator / Sales Representative to work directly with homeowners on larger roofing projects in the greater Philadelphia area. You will inspect properties, prepare estimates, present solutions, and guide customers from the initial appointment through signed contract and project handoff.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing; home improvement, construction, or roofing experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, estimating software, and sales tools.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners, conduct roof inspections, and assess project needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and installation options.
• Build relationships through consultative selling and confidently close contracts.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, proposals, and opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with install and project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth project handoff.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
• Travel throughout the greater Philadelphia area for appointments and inspections.
• Consistently work toward and exceed individual and team sales goals.
