Job summary

SmartRoof is hiring for an entry-level roofing sales role in Exton, PA. This field position has you meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs for storm damage, and guiding clients through insurance restoration, with a clear path from trainee to leadership based on performance.

First-year earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, with uncapped commissions, paid training, and ongoing coaching. There is real potential to grow into leadership roles as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Dependable — shows up, follows through, takes ownership
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
