Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in Texas. You will become a trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish, meeting homeowners, explaining roofing options, and guiding them through the insurance restoration process.

No roofing or sales experience is required, and you’ll receive 90 days of paid hands-on training. After training, transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000-$150,000 and top performers

Qualifications

• No roofing or sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or able to obtain one in 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from inspection to final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time project completion.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while hitting sales goals.
