You'll start with 90 days of paid hands-on training, then transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan. Realistic first-year earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000, with top performers earning $500,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation to meet homeowners.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships via neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from initial inspection to final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
