Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals to become high-earning Project Managers. We value hustle and provide a blueprint to help you win, including 90 days of paid hands-on training with base pay, bonuses, and commissions as you learn.

You’ll actively meet homeowners, inspect roofs for free, and guide families through insurance options so repairs move forward—while becoming the face of the company from the first handshake to project completion.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable approaching homeowners.
• Must own a pickup truck or have reliable access within 60 days.
• Able to climb ladders and walk on roofs with safety in mind.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Help homeowners navigate insurance to repair their homes.
• Be the face of the company from the first handshake to project completion.
