Best Choice Roofing is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives in Chesapeake, VA to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through restoration options. The role emphasizes customer-focused selling, on-site assessments, and collaboration with insurance processes.

Qualifications

• A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps)
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof/property inspections.
• Guide customers through the restoration process and provide funding options.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners.
• Present findings and provide estimates; work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate outcomes.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
