Job summary

SERVPRO Team Jones is seeking a results-driven Roofing Sales professional in Tulsa, OK to generate leads, inspect roofs, and present repair/replacement estimates. You will educate homeowners on roofing options and guide insurance claim processes where applicable.

Ideal candidates have roofing or restoration sales experience, reliable transportation, and are comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors.

Qualifications

Must be able to generate roofing sales leads and close deals.
Ability to educate homeowners and property managers on roofing solutions.
Must pass a background check as a condition of engagement.

Responsibilities

Generate new roofing leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated marketing efforts.
Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections.
Safely climb ladders and access rooftops to perform roof evaluations.
Identify storm damage, aging roofs, leaks, and other roofing concerns.
Measure roofs and assess repair and replacement needs.
Prepare and present accurate repair or roof replacement estimates.
Guide customers through insurance claim processes when applicable.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Build lasting relationships with customers and referral partners.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
