Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking a Sales Representative to develop your career and increase earnings through performance-based pay. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You’ll work independently with solid time management and perform roof inspections to assess needs.

You will explain services, encourage bookings, track progress, and adjust strategies to close more deals. Hours are Mon-Fri 10:00 am–7:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods to engage potential customers and raise interest in Legacy Restoration’s roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Work independently and manage time effectively to book services
• Explain service options to homeowners and encourage them to book a service
• Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals
