Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro and seeking proven, high-ticket closers who want to dominate a new territory and earn at an elite level. You will receive pre-screened leads, high-value closing frameworks, a company vehicle, and ongoing training.

The role requires a proactive, self-generating sales professional with 3+ years of outside sales or in-home closing experience. This role offers uncapped commission, weekly pay, a company vehicle, and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or high-ticket in-home closing experience.
• Roofing knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified leads and present to homeowners at appointments.
• Territory development through local outreach and prospecting.
• Inspect roofs, evaluate needs, and diagnose damage.
• Close in-home, present financing options, and secure contracts.
• Manage pipeline and daily sales metrics to maximize earnings.
