Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Professional verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting roof inspections.
• Location: report daily to Holt, MO headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Local Prospecting: Generate early opportunities via neighborhood canvassing, community networking, and direct local outreach.
• Roof Inspections: Safely climb ladders, inspect residential roofs, and identify storm or age‑related damage.
• Present Solutions: Guide homeowners through premium material options, warranties, and flexible financing to close deals in‑home.
• Consult & Convert: Run pre‑booked, pre‑screened appointments provided by our office team once unlocked.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up with warm prospects to execute signed contracts.
