Storm Guard is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our residential exterior team in Illinois. You will meet homeowners, assess roofing needs, and present clear estimates to close sales with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

You’ll use AccuLynx and other tech tools to manage proposals, follow-ups, and customer communications, while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role rewards performance with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail residential roofing sales experience, or exterior trades experience.
• Comfortable using technology platforms for CRM and estimating.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction basics.
• Motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and assess damage or aging issues.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and pricing.
• Build and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Leverage AccuLynx for proposals and follow-ups.
• Guide clients through the entire retail sales process.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
