Heritage Roofing & Construction Company in San Antonio is hiring experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to move beyond personal production and into leadership. We’re growing throughout San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Bulverde, Boerne, and surrounding areas and are looking for proven producers who want help build a high-performing sales team.

If you have at least 1 year of roofing sales experience, understand storm restoration, and want a real path into leadership,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience.
• Residential storm restoration experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate business.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Competitive, coachable, and performance-driven.
• Comfortable with door-to-door field sales.
• Interested in recruiting, coaching, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.
• Manage projects from inspection through completion.
• Recruit and onboard new sales representatives.
• Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs.
• Help develop new team members.
• Lead through personal production and accountability.
• Help build Heritage’s North San Antonio sales team.

What You’ll Do
