Accord Group is hiring a Sales Manager to become a Managing Partner running their own roofing, siding, and gutter location. This hands‑on leadership role combines sales leadership, operations, and P&L ownership, with the aim of profitability through strong team performance and customer outcomes.

New GMs receive a structured onboarding program to build industry knowledge, while you start leading your own team from day one, with earning potential of $200K+ annually.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and/or sales management experience required.
• Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team.
• Ability to lead in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Open to travel.
